Dr. Behrend seeks to fully evaluate a patients condition using a comprehensive examination that can include: Physical, orthopedic, and neurological examinations, functional movement assessment, gait analysis, postural evaluation, joint motion palpation, muscle flexibility and strength evaluation, X-rays and/or MRI.
Treatment is aimed at reducing pain and improving joint function and mechanics. Treatments can include: Spinal adjustments and manipulations, decompression therapies, dry needling, rehabilitation exercises, ergonomic considerations, and self-management recommendations.
